STRENGTH CLASSES

Improves overall body composition. Stronger bodies ensure a better lifestyle reducing chances of injuries.

PILATES - MAT & REFORMER

These classes improve strength, flexibility and balance, which betters posture, performance and mental health.

KIDS AREA

We have a fun and safe space for your kids to run around and play. Monday, Wednesday & Friday's at 9.30am, we have a dedicated staff memeber to keep an eye on your little ones. 


One on One
Training

One on one training is also available at Pure PT. Our skilled trainers run these sessions from Monday - Friday.
