Born in Wagga Wagga, I grew up playing just about every sport you could possibly name. I moved to Canberra for my final years of school to play with the Canberra Raiders Juniors and after a few years I signed with the Parramatta Eels NRL squad and was selected to represent my country at the World Cup - which we went on to win! After playing and coaching at the highest of levels in Rugby League and Touch, I developed a passion for fitness and group training.
Pure PT is my second home and I enjoy coming in and sharing my love and knowledge for the industry. The most joy I get out of coming to Pure PT is seeing the happy and dedicated clients at the gym, it’s extremely rewarding for me.
I found Pilates during rehab after knee surgery. I loved it instantly; recovering mobility and gaining whole body strength to improve posture and performance in sport. 10 years later I enjoy it just as much, particularly helping others find the satisfaction and gains from the (sometimes) subtle burn!

My love for fitness started at a very young age, from team sports to individual sports I pretty much did it all. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I cannot imagine my life without it. Not just for my physical health but my mental health also.
As a trainer I love watching clients become more confident and feel stronger within themselves after each and every session. We are all so lucky that we have the ability to move our bodies, so I love to have fun with it, and make exercise something that we look forward to doing everyday rather than a chore.

Reformer Pilates
Growing up on a farm and then moving to Wagga when I was 6, I spent most of my days playing outside with my siblings and being involved with school sporting events. I’ve always loved moving my body and being active.
By day I’m a dental hygienist and by early morning and afternoon Ill be your fun encouraging pilates teacher.
I love to make you challenge yourself and push you that little bit further. I’m passionate about form and posture and helping to modify with injuries. My aim is to show clients how effective pilates is in their fitness routine and the benefits it has on the body.

Growing up in a big family in a small country town, sport was a huge part of my childhood. I have always been involved in various sports and this is what drove me to pursue a career in fitness and health. Pilates is an addition to my love and passion for health and group fitness. I love the challenge that Reformer Pilates can give an individual and that every time you take a session, no matter how experienced you are, you discover something new.
As a trainer, I love seeing clients progress and develop with each session and push themselves to do things that they didn’t think they could.
